What do Led By HER coaches do?
Our coaches accompany our participants in their search for solutions to the problems they encountered in their entrepreneurial approach. With only 6 sessions, the coaches are there to identify one or more personal or professional objectives and the ways to reach them. Coaching can also be focused on enhancing and building a positive self-image.
The coachee specifies her problems or the objectives she wishes to achieve. The coach listens to her and asks her questions in order to offer the most appropriate methods or approaches.
Professionals who accept the responsibility of being coaches will have a half-day orientation in September and three full days of training in October.
How do I become an LBH coach?
Coaching professionals are invited to apply by filling in the application form. A member of our team will contact you shortly to arrange for an interview.
