Led By HER is the first association in France to offer a professional reconstruction program through entrepreneurship to women victims of violence.
Entrepreneurship is a way to help these women take back ownership of their lives and gain new skills and competencies. At the end of the program, participants are able to enter a new career or create their own business. The program includes lessons, group activities, mentoring and coaching, workshops, and access to various tools to support their journey. Throughout the nine months, the association supports participants in exiting the cycle of violence and opens access to financial autonomy and an independent life.
